How Much could you earn?

Q: How much commission will I earn for promoting these products?

Contributors earn 70% on each bundle sold through their unique link; non-contributing affiliates earn 40%.

Q: What is the cookie/referral period?

When a reader clicks one of your affiliate links, it places a cookie in their browser. If they purchase right away or within 30 days after clicking, you will earn a commission on their sale. Sales are made based on the last cookie clicked. In other words, if someone clicks on a cookie today but on someone else’s cookie the day they buy, the person whose cookie they buy through actually gets the sale. The only ways you would not earn the commission is: 1. They clicked on someone else’s affiliate link after clicking on yours but before purchasing. 2. They don’t save cookies in their browser (though this is rare-most people’s browsers are set up to accept cookies).

Q: When will I get paid?

Payments are sent to every contributor and affiliate via PayPal on the 11th of the second month after the sale date. That means January earnings will be sent on March 11th, February’s will be sent April 11th, and so on.

Q: How can I promote my link?

The number one way to promote the bundle is via email! We also encourage you to post about this bundle all week long on both your blog and via social media.

Q: Do you have swipe copy & promotional images I can use?

Promotional banners and buttons are under Assets, Links & Banners on the left sidebar. You’ll also find covers and product images for each of the products in the bundle, logos and product images for the bonus offers, and logos, icons and other brand materials under Current Bundles.

You may also find promotional images that other authors have shared with everyone else in the Facebook group (but make sure that they’ve specified it is free for anyone to use, otherwise ask their permission first).

Q: Can I use my own affiliate link?

Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Ultimate Bundles, Inc. (“Ultimate Bundles™”) provides consumers with bundled content such as eBooks, eCourses, and other digital consumer products and services at heavy discounts via our website (the “Website”) UltimateBundles.com.

Ultimate Bundles™ offers an Affiliate Program (“Program”) whereby Affiliates promote Ultimate Bundles™’ website, products, and services to their audiences and in exchange, may receive a commission in the form of cash and/or prizes.

As an Ultimate Bundles™ Affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree that your participation in the Program is for the sole purpose of legally promoting our website and products to your own audiences through your own website or promotional efforts. Commissions and/or prizes received are based solely on purchases made by individuals that you have referred to Ultimate Bundles™.

By signing up for the Ultimate Bundles™ Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

2. Commissions

Ultimate Bundles™ will provide you with an affiliate code (the “Affiliate Code”) linked to a digital “cookie”, which, when used according to our instructions, will track all sales that originate from your promotional efforts on your own website, social media accounts, and any other promotional or marketing channels that you have access to. Each cookie will expire 30 days from its date of issue.

You are solely responsible to make sure that you use the correct Affiliate Code provided to you by Ultimate Bundles™ when promoting the Sale. Your compensation is explicitly and exclusively tied to your Affiliate Code, and you will only be compensated for sales associated with that Affiliate Code.

You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

You will receive your earnings within 11 calendar days of the end of the second calendar month when the applicable sales were made. For example, the proceeds of all sales made within October are payable to you by December 11 at the latest. This period allows for all relevant eChecks to clear and all credit card chargebacks and refunds to be processed. All payments will be transferred to the PayPal account which you provided to Ultimate Bundles™.

As an Affiliate, you acknowledge that there is a direct relationship between the amount of effort you expend in promoting and the amount of commission that you will earn as a result.

3. Termination

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)

Advertising or other promotional activity that breaks any legal laws

Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities

Violation of intellectual property rights. See section on “Trademarks” and “Paid Searches”

Reselling Bundles for any reason

Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding your own product as a bonus, however, is acceptable. You understand that you will only receive commission on the Ultimate Bundles™ purchase

Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud or fraud of any other kind

Efforts to steal other Affiliate commissions, or to gain affiliate commissions in a covert or unethical manner

Stealing organic search traffic with paid advertising for the purpose of earning commissions

Failure to properly disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that may qualify as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws

In addition to the foregoing, Ultimate Bundles™ reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or any other reason not specified.

6. Trademarks

Ultimate Bundles™ name and logo(s) are trademarked. You shall not and are not authorized to use the Ultimate Bundles™ name, logo(s) or any of our other intellectual property (or any variations or misspellings thereof or other term or terms confusingly similar to any of the foregoing) without our express permission. They are only to be used for the purpose of promoting Ultimate Bundles’ products and services to your audience.

6. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

a. You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof, for search or content-based campaigns on Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook or any other network.

b. You may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. Ultimate Bundles Rebates, Ultimate Bundles Coupons, Ultimate Bundles Discounts, Ultimate Bundles Promo Codes, etc.).

c. You may not bid in any manner appearing higher than Ultimate Bundles™ for any search term in position 1-5 in any auction style pay-per-click advertising program that would steal our organic search.

d. If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our trademarked terms from your program and we strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords. We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. You will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 120 days and you will be terminated from our Affiliate Program without warning if you engage in PPC trademark bidding that uses our trademarked terms. 7. Liability

Ultimate Bundles™ will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).

We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to any of the resources that are included in our products or the products themselves.

We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

8. Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, you may terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

9. Indemnification

Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Bundles™ and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Ultimate Bundles™ to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Attorney Fees

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state courts located in Houston, Texas.

In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees.

11. Electronic Signatures Effective

The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Ultimate Bundles™ Affiliate Program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Ultimate Bundles™ application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
